3/2 N.C. is an externally mounted Normally Closed Remote Fire Trigger Valve: This Remote trigger is NOT part of the tool at all. It is a really part of the Automation System itself. Normally Close Remote Trigger vales are basically just "A Pneumatic FINGER" Supply an AIR signal and it mimics your finger pulling the trigger UP. Remove the air signal (communication) from the valve and it essentially is your finger removing upward pressure so the slight air pressure that was always present...takes over again and pneumatically pushes the trigger back DOWN to the at rest state once again.
